Responsibilities:
 
1. Responsible for new customer information collection and communication, and the development of new customers;
 
2. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs by means of the Internet or telephone, look for sales opportunities and fulfill sales tasks;
 
3. Maintain business with old customers, and tap the maximum potentials of customers;
 
4. Communicate with customers on a regular basis, and establish good long-term relationships with them.
 
Requirements:
 
Qualifications:
 
1. 22-35 years old, articulate, fluent in Mandarin, having a good level of spoken English;
 
2. Passionate about sales work;
 
3. Having strong learning ability and excellent communication skills;
 
4. Resilient, quick thinking, with good adaptability and stress bearing capacity;
 
5. Having a keen insight into the market, a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, and a positive work attitude; experience in online customer service or telephone sales preferred.
